Shipping policy

Delivery - It is the customers responsibility to double check the billing & delivery address to make sure it is correct. Postal deliveries are made by Royal mail 24 hour tracked service, please make sure your email & phone number are correct on check out to receive postal updates from Royal mail. If the person receiving the parcel is not going to be home, please let me know a safe place in the note section so i can forward this onto Royal mail. Parcels can be delayed / lost by Royal mail, and this is a risk taken by you (the customer) but unfortunately once they leave my kitchen, it is out of my control how long they take to get to the shipping address. Returns- All bakes are perishable, baked to order for you and unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If your order is damaged in the post or delayed / lost by Royal mail i cannot be held responsible & will not give refunds for this. It is up to you (the customer buying the product) to let me know if any of the consumers have allergies. Please note i use all ingredients in my kitchen and never guarantee anything i bake is free from.
